.nl is the most DMARC-mature domain ending measured, with a Maturity Score of 44.8 out of 100 — 29.4% of its 2,936,673 evaluated domains enforce DMARC. 155 TLDs qualify for the league; the census-wide score is 17.7. Higher is better: 0 would mean no domain under an ending publishes a record, 100 that every one enforces.

Maturity Score = progress toward enforcement on a true 0–100 scale: 0 = no domain publishes a record, 100 = every domain enforces, and a published-but-unenforced record earns half-credit (formula below). "Enforcing" = p=quarantine or p=reject. "Any DMARC" = publishes any parseable record. Type follows the registry class — note that several ccTLDs are marketed and used generically (and one, xn--p1ai, is the Cyrillic .рф), so a ccTLD row is a registry population, not always a national one.

Methodology

League membership is every TLD with at least 50,000 evaluated domains at the baseline edition (2026-06), and membership is frozen there — so future month-on-month movement is real movement, not TLDs entering and leaving the table. Sparse TLDs below the floor are excluded under this stated rule.

The score, as published in the edition data:

maturityScore = ((2.5*none_only_share + 5*enforce_share) / 5) * 100, where shares are fractions of the evaluated population (none_only = (any-enforce)/evaluated, enforce = (quarantine+reject)/evaluated; domains with no record contribute 0). 0 would mean no domain publishes a record; 100 would mean every domain enforces; a published-but-unenforced record earns half-credit (2.5 of 5).

What is the DMARC Maturity Score?

A 0–100 index of how far a population of domains has progressed toward enforced DMARC. Domains with no record score 0, domains that publish without enforcing earn half-credit, and enforcing domains earn full credit. 0 would mean no domain publishes a record; 100 would mean every domain enforces; the census-wide score is 17.7 as of 2026-06-29. One caution when comparing populations: a population can outscore another on published-but-unenforced records alone; read the Enforcing column alongside the score.

Why is my TLD missing from the table?

The league only includes TLDs with at least 50,000 evaluated domains at the baseline edition, and membership is frozen at that baseline so month-on-month changes reflect real movement rather than churn. TLDs below the floor — or with too little DMARC data to evaluate reliably — are excluded under this stated rule rather than shown with unstable numbers.

How often is this table updated?

Monthly, with each census refresh. Edition #1 (2026-06) is the baseline; the scores update every edition while the membership list stays frozen. Month-on-month movement appears from edition #2 in the DAMMM monthly report.
